All of our shoes are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. They make the perfect gift for any Anime fan looking to add a touch of unique style to their wardrobe, whether it's for a birthday, anime event, or any other special occasion.

Please note that we customize only the leather part of shoes from design, and each pair is unique product as they are custom-made-to-order. It could have some minor difference compaire with the picture.

Paint Material

Professional-grade leather paint, non-toxic and odorless. It can be used in alternation with other professional blending agents (mixing mediums), providing excellent adhesion. Suitable for everyday wear, it is waterproof and scratch-resistant.

Which shoe base and finish will I receive?

The standard printed option includes a new non-branded shoe base. Choose the hand-painted authentic-base upgrade in the product options if you prefer that service. The upgrade charge is shown before you add to cart. Design images are concepts, and finished custom pairs may vary slightly.

When will my shoes arrive?

Please allow approximately 4 weeks to make your shoes. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination. You will receive tracking after dispatch. Please review our shipping policy before ordering; holiday delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Are you a legit store ?

Absolutely, we are a completely legitimate business. We utilize secure payment platforms like Stripe, Paypal, to ensure safe transactions. In the unlikely event that you suspect any fraudulent activity or issues, you can promptly raise a dispute without any constraints. Your trust and confidence in our business are paramount to us.

How can i choose my size correctly ?

We provide an accurate European/US size chart on each product page. If you're from the UK, it's recommended that you measure the length of your feet and convert that into the corresponding European size using the size chart provided. That way you can find the best fit. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to connect with us.

I made a mistake on ths shipping address and want to modify the shipping address

You may update your shipping address within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, changes will no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the local transporter to retrieve your package. Should the package be returned to us, rescheduling delivery will incur additional fees. However, if you have purchased shipping insurance, no additional fees will apply.

I just placed the order, but i don't want it any more.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations will not be possible, as your order will have entered the personalization process.

How is your shoe customized ?

Once the design has been selected according to the customer's preferences, we proceed to print it on the leather. The leather is then meticulously cut and assembled into shoes. Each pair is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.

We propose also hand paint service on authentic shoe base. You need to choose the right option when you place the order.
