Please note that we customize only the leather part of shoes from design, and each pair is unique product as they are custom-made-to-order. It could have some minor difference compaire with the picture.

Our free customizable shoes are exclusively crafted by us, adhering to top-tier quality standards that are on par with leading brands in the market. We charge you only for the personalization service, the shoe base is free that we offer to you.

If you would like us to personalize the design on branded shoes, please contact us to send us the shoes, or allow us to purchase new pair of shoes on your behalf.

How long to receive my package ?

Our shoe realization process spans over a period of 10 days. We then initiate global shipping, which typically takes between 10 to 18 days.

Are you a legit store ?

Absolutely, we are a completely legitimate business. We utilize secure payment platforms like Stripe, Paypal, to ensure safe transactions. In the unlikely event that you suspect any fraudulent activity or issues, you can promptly raise a dispute without any constraints. Your trust and confidence in our business are paramount to us.

How can i choose my size correctly ?

We provide an accurate European/US size chart on each product page. If you're from the UK, it's recommended that you measure the length of your feet and convert that into the corresponding European size using the size chart provided. That way you can find the best fit. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to connect with us.

I made a mistake on ths shipping address and want to modify the shipping address

You may update your shipping address within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, changes will no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the local transporter to retrieve your package. Should the package be returned to us, rescheduling delivery will incur additional fees. However, if you have purchased shipping insurance, no additional fees will apply.

I just placed the order, but i don't want it any more.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations will not be possible, as your order will have entered the personalization process.

How is your shoe customized ?

Once the design has been selected according to the customer's preferences, we proceed to print it on the leather. The leather is then meticulously cut and assembled into shoes. Each pair is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.

We propose also hand paint service on authentic shoe base. You need to choose the right option when you place the order.
